Observation details
Continuing tropical Latin-American species. Small flycatcher with unmarked and unmarbled brown upperparts. Soft yellow underparts with faintly streaks on chest. Uppertail coverts show a bit of rusty color, tail all dark. Whitish fairly broad supercilium, confluent on forehead, completely encircling the crown. Dark mask that broadens behind the eye. White chin with bulging feathers at lower mandible visible when bird spit out a seed. All black, short but broad bill. Moustacial stripes dark, narrow at base widening in lower half. Wingtips evenly broad. Bird perched up on dead snag for a short period and dove into understory and privet bushes. No vocalization. Handsome bird. Mediocre images obtained. Found on beach trail by the bench and dead trees. 27.62535° N, 82.70577° W
