Observation details
Continuing, more or less in front of white apartments Was apparently not present when I first arrived, but eventually appeared suddenly and very close to shore. Spent a while feeding, diving continuously; later resting and taking a vigorous bath. Wings seemed droopy at first, but maybe just because it was in foraging mode?
