Observation details
New county high count by a long shot if accepted. I started to notice COLO movement northbound decently far to my west about 15 minutes after sunrise. Consistent migratory movement continued along that flight path throughout the morning, plus just a few stray birds that followed a more easterly path over Manhattan. Exact count tracked throughout - I had a feeling when the movement started that it would be worth keeping an exact tally. Many solos and many groups ranging in size from 2 to 8. Among groups, all birds appeared uniform in size. All that I could see well enough appeared to be in breeding plumage. No RTLOs detected among all of these.
