Observation details
Continuing singing male first found by James Swanson on 5/11, many observers this morning. Heard constantly singing when we arrived, then only off and on after about the first 30 minutes. - - - The bird I came for, shy and skulking as always advertised, and would not pose for us. Great but brief scope and binocular views. Actually pretty good video of the bird singing shot between 6:55 and 7:00 at about coordinates: 34.040626, -84.141103 - - - The single handheld phonescoped video frame screen captures not as good as watching the actual video due to the low light and the bird being heavily obscured, but the actual video of the singing bird not bad. Spent the whole session at the Mourning Warbler spot while Jim went on and birded more of the site.
