Observation details
First seen and photographed by coworker Rick Lopez around 1545 down at secondary clarifier # 2. I went to look around 1630 and was immediately impressed by the striking look of this bird. All black body with a little white on wings, yellow head and chest ending in a point just above the belly. Black face and beak. Just a beautiful bird. Photos attached.
