Observation details
This was a fun encounter..Merlin picked up Tawny Owl coming from dense pine grove opposite Lake Dolittle parking area near run off of pond...What? so I waited and listened and got Tawny Owl again. There wasn't a duck or loon or anything on the pond which I thought strange. Anyway 10 mins later Merlins says Wood Duck..no ducks anywhere..I went a bit into the woods along run off and found 6 Wood Duck..no Tawny Ow :(
