Observation details
*rare. Kite with striking black and white wings and long forked tail. Flying from east to due west at entrance to refuge (crossing FM 3013 diagonally) just as I was leaving. I was able to get some distant photos. Bird seemed to be just passing through as it was moving very quickly, and I lost it in the distance.
