A (presumed male) Atuen Antpitta sings in the late afternoon after heavy afternoon rains (4:30-5:30pm) had ceased. Background includes: Scarlet-bellied Mountain-Tanager. Recorded using a Marantz PMD620 with a Sennheiser ME66 mic and foam windscreen.
Observation details
There were 2 territories audible from the clearing where we camped (Ullelén, 3000m). One was seen today.
