Observation details

Flew over on SW side of "lake". Seen around (33.619733,-101.892407) and then continued SW across highway 84. All dark hawk with rounded wings and prominent white subterminal band on short, triangular tail. Silhouette was black vulture-like. Took a poor video on my phone from which I will attach screenshots.
