Observation details
Three birds watched for about 3-4 hours. 2 males and 1 female together. Resting at base of mature Casuarina in swamp not far from the road. Present at 730 am. Rain steady. 300pm- 630 pm birds still in same spot. Short burst of feeding at 430pm but scared by presence of swamphen. Went back to base of tree. Spent early-late afternoon hours mostly resting at base of Casuarina tree.
