Observation details
Wowza! Stunning small steely gray Warbler seen next to Tedson property on Pala road at coordinates: (41.9082929, -124.1765443). Saw the bird initially with own eye very brief only like 10 yards away. It disappeared on me while playing MOB call. My first impression was LUWA based on color and size. After a 1 minute or so it came out and got a perfect look at it in bins. Only saw it for a second but that was enough to ID. Silver/gray colored warbler with creamy underside, slight white eye ring, and reddish cap spot. Later on Lucas Brug and Alan Baron showed up and was finally able to re-find behind Tedson house where Lucas got great looks. Bird was originally found this morning by Steve Stump but was misidentified as a gnatcatcher. Poor photos to add.
