Observation details

Seen at: Santee National Wildlife Refuge, Summerton US-SC (33.5513,-80.4381). I was able to get a poor picture with my phone through my binoculars, but it’s enough to identify it. Its face had the outlined semi-circle while its body was pretty and bright yellow. (Once I find out how to, I’ll upload the picture! :D )
