Observation details
Continuing birds found by Bob Bradbury. Shown to us by Bob. Adult was singing the entire time, although apparently other days it was singing less consistently. Bird was seen several times from the road. One time, it had a begging juvenile bird with it (classic begging behavior, facing adult with mouth open and fluttering it’s wings). Most likely the bird has been on territory at this spot since early May when Bob first reported it singing. Even though the juvenile is mobile, it almost certainly was born at this site since there a no other known Swainson’s Warblers in the area. Amazing find by Bob!!!
