Observation details
I only observed it briefly through the camera. It flew low over the ponds, casing the attendees to scatter, and then quickly flew north and out of site. Long pointed wings, fast wingbeats (but not the flicking style of a Prairie Falcon), long narrow tail like an accipiter. Looks to have molting wing feathers. Just not enough detail (shadows are causing confusion) for me to make an ID.
