Observation details
Pale-headed juvenile heading west. Seems a good candidate for tundrius. Allen Fish per comms, "hard to tell fully without more head angle, but from the face and light throat, this has the “feel” of a tundrius Peregrine, aka Arctic. The juvs are very pale headed almost like a Prairie Falcon in the lack of dark marks." A juvenile tundra was reported March 7 at Rodeo Lagoon in Marin: https://ebird.org/checklist/S164024906
