Observation details

Photographed near Chapel Point State Park. Birds not relocated the next morning. Possibly the same two birds that were reported at Kenilworth Park and Aquatic Gardens in DC on March 15? Seems a bit too coincidental. Observer/photographer: Mike Hillman
