Observation details
One heard from railroad tracks giving deep croaking calls that became faint as it flew toward the SSW (toward the main Cherry Farm); simultaneously another was heard calling about 1/4 mile NNE of my position (opposite direction as first bird). The second bird then entered my view and flew parallel to the railroad tracks toward the main Cherry Farm while calling with very interesting vocalizations (attached). This bird was large and I could clearly see the long, rounded tail; the bird used slow wing strokes interspersed with glides; vocalizations plus long tail and flight style all led me to identify this bird as a Raven. I'm fairly confident--but not 100%--that the heard-only bird was also a Raven.
