Note extensive white around throat, flat head, thick neck, short tail. Belly molting.
Observation details
My first US sighting of this continuing rare Florida immature bird, larger than a double crested cormorant, with more white at the base of its Gular fold, thick neck. Belly feathers in molt, plumage of immature overall.
