Observation details

Continuing bird found by Chuck. Bright white breast with some black markings including broken collar and heavy pendant. Face mostly plain tan with slight variations. Orange/pinkish bill. Blackish crown. Back similar to other zonotrichias. Behind locked gate, not chasable
