Seems like there have been SBDO and LBDO here over the winter of which I compared photos, and I'm not sure about this one, maybe someone else will figure it out. Bill a bit droopy at the end and nowhere near twice the length of the head (i calculated 1.375x). The breast ...might be a little spotty, not a high contrast delineation between belly and breast. However the tail has mostly dark barring and the primaries are shorter than the tail when bird perched which favor LBDO.
