Observation details
Three seen simultaneously. One developing black hood hanging out with bonies another lacking it hanging out simultaneously with ring billed gulls + 1st cycle with bonies. All were on the sandspit just south of Delaware ave. Roughly viewed from here : (39.0380340, -74.9366136). The first flock was staying put. We walked up the beach and found another stationary flock of bonies which had a another 1st cycle black-headed gull in it.
