Eating a Dunlin
Observation details
This Merling flew through a resting flock of 100 Dunlin, 20 Black Turnstones, and one Ruddy Turnstone and came out with a Dunlin. It spent at least 30 minutes ripping feathers out and devouring pieces of flesh starting with the head and working to the breast.
