Observation details
Impression in the field both initially and upon further review in scope was Ross's Goose given small size relative to CANG and appearance of stubby bill with limited grin patch. Upon review of attached digiscoped images and consultation with a reviewer, this bird appears to be a good candidate for Snow x Ross's hybrid due to intermediate bill structure features: not as stubby as expected for pure Ross's, small be clear grin patch and curved border at the base of the beak.
