Observation details
Continuing bird observed at Riverside Park off the lighthouse dock looking across the water to the north where houses have private property signs. Bird was constantly diving but still having time to look at for observation. The bill was definitely yellow with slight discoloration possibly at the tip. The head was a rich warm brown different in shade than the common GoldenEye. It was hard to determine if there was a distinct difference in shape of the head. The neck had a white ring or band low on the neck. Located the bird today thanks to KK and ST. This is the same area that the bird was seen at yesterday.. The photos where hard to get as the bird kept diving all of the time we where there.
