Seen by self in Onondaga Creek from Creekwalk a couple of days in late February. Others also verbally reported. Photos attached, taken at 8:57 AM, Feb. 20, viewed from near the end of the Creekwalk, just before reaching the rail bridge at the edge of Onondaga Lake.
