Observation details
At least this many in mixed Thornbill flock, initially picked up from soft 'tsiew-tsiew' calls, eventually good views obtained showing lightly scalloped forehead, pale eye, white/grey underparts + vent and chestnut rump seen in flight. Off-white breast to to vent, white underside to tail tips and diagnostic call removing potential confusion with Buff or Yellow-rumped. Possibly under reported here as habitat, slender cypress-pine dominant woodland, here seems excellent for this species.
