bird of the day for sure!!! my second here, first heard distantly from cemetery where after brief sequences fell silent and i deemed undetermined, subsequently by Megan at first lookout after cemetery! perched prominently on a small doug fir. flew pretty quickly downslope towards cemetery. will attach poor photos, my second TOSO here in my last 2 visits, maybe a resident overlooked population.
