Observation details
Very small empid (size compared to YRWA was same or slightly smaller); big-headed, with short primary projection and narrow tail. Pretty high contrast wing panel, greenish back, gray head, white throat with dusky vest and light belly; high contrast between under/upperparts. Medium-small bill appeared mostly dark, distinct messy eye-ring thicker at rear. Flicked tail when landing on new perch. Came in with large mixed flock (mostly YRWA) to the bathing puddle. Certainly the same bird found and photographed by Alejandro Garcia recently by the Iguana Station. Doc photos tba
