Observation details
BREAKING NEWS: I KNOW WHERE SHE SLEEPS! It took me a few years (fast bird I guess ...) but finally. I've tried to help so many but again speedy ... She was perched as usual at the very top of Escala-building, W corner, (elevator shaft) between Coal Harbour Park and C H Seaside Park, 323 Jervis St. (Visible from the park, but not if you’re too close.) from at least 17:13. At 17:56 she swooped around the building's NW side (defalult manner I've seen from my tower opposite) but landed on the next tower a bit E: The Callisto building, 1281 W Cordowa St. On the N side of the building there are three big arches (see pictures). Under and behind them there is a row of fireplace vents, she's on the fifth one from the top. Judging from the amount of soot on the wall, this is not in use, while the one underneath is much used which makes for a cozy night roost (roast?)! To see her in the morning, do the following for ease of observation: Go to The LightShed, a silvery shed on "stilts", an artwork on the N point of the seawall N of said building (NE of Coal Harbour Park), and watch the second tower from the right (again: see pictures). Good luck! Anyone interested in its whereabouts should not hesitate to ask me, Christian Cederroth, on FB Messenger. If I’m at home opposite, I can give an answer right away. I’ll be around until Monday this time.
