Observation details
Continuing bird found by Robert. When I arrived Nico had just seen it east of the playground and upslope to the south. And as we were standing there chatting a little blue gray and yellow warbler shot across the path and continued to this general area. 37.770247,-122.441713 ... I had the opposite experience of other people, first heard it chipping, like a slightly slowed down TOWA on steroids, and very briefly found it forging at the top of a Coast oak. About 20 minutes later I found it foraging down slope and west of this spot 37.769506,-122.441896 in an oak and then it spent quite some time in what looked like maybe a pepper tree (Schinus). It then spent some time forging on the east side of that path and then I lost it. But for my time there it was foraging in the canopy, and so far it seems to prefer that Northeast quadrant
