Observation details
Rare on the peninsula-Adult-plumaged bird found and identified by our birding guide Alex, thank you very much!-woohoo Alex! This gull had a streaked head, and dark smudges around its pale eye. Mantle was slightly paler than the Western Gull it was standing next to, and its legs were yellow. It was overall slimmer compared with nearby adult Westerns and one adult Yellow-Footed Gull.
