Observation details
Either Common Redpoll or Pine Siskin. Possibly Common Redpoll due to dark crown contrasting with pale face and distinct streaking on breast. Possibly Pine Siskin due to lack of dark face and chin, lack of red crown, Pine Siskin much more abundant in New Hampshire this winter, and several other birders telling me the birds in my photos were siskins. See photos. More comments welcome.
