Observation details
Continuing at the seed thrown on the ground in the thicket near the large evergreen at the Pier Pavilion. Very similar to the Eastern Towhee with black, white and rufous colors but there are also noticeable white spots on the black wings. I attempted photos but the Spotted Towhee stayed in the background.
