Observation details
Seen at a number of locations. Possibly 12-15 birds, some juvenile. Three of us observed a group of 6 Blue-crowned Hanging-Parrots congregating at a dead stump and appeared to be possibly feeding on ?insects. Two appeared juvenile. Also saw 10-12, feeding on the nectar of the Syzygium grande (Sea Apple) flowers.
