Observation details
Continuing since late 2023, in same specific location inside the channel, just past water plant gate. Bold white eye ring, streaked head and neck, frequently vocalizing and tail pumping. No thanks to the nonstop jackhammering at the water treatment plant, could not get a usable recording. Photo TBA
