*Rare* - initially reported at Lock 60 earlier by Xavier Scharff. Initially located upriver on ChesCo side below Black Rock, flew back and forth a few times. First Chester County record of this subspecies (and hopefully eventually species), first spotted by Angela Romanczuk.
