Observation details

Bright wing bars and distinctive, crossed bills. A large group closest to me was feeding in hemlock trees, often coming into the lower boughs. Many others were perched in highest braches of surrounding trees and vocalizing. Will add a phone picture for documentation, wishing I had brought our camera with me today.
