Observation details
Both actively hunting over the area around the observation platform. Soaring, circling and, at times hovering with head down over grassland areas, I was able to clearly see the banded tail since it was spread out on turns. The dark patches under both wings in "wrist area" were clearly visible on the one lighter individual as it circled above me. The wings were long and narrow. The other was darker but I was not able to get a clear view of that one from underneath. I was my car along the entrance road and the road back to the Marina. This observation was identical to the one reported by Maureen M. yesterday near this location. Photos provided but only one is diagnostic.
