Observation details
A very windy afternoon with gusts up to 35mph, temperature in the high 40s F. The continuing bird appeared at 3:46pm on non-heated feeder and again at 4:10pm. Had not reappeared when I left at sunset, 4:48pm. Perched in view only while feeding for a minute or two, then quickly flew off. It used the same feeding hole both times. Previously identified by others and a life bird for me. Dark spots on throat, rufous colored flanks, green back. Barely enough light but I did take photos.
