Observation details
Ongoing rarity at this location discovered by Dave T on 1/13/24. A small sparrow with a black cap, grayish patch below the eye, orangish eye stripe and throat, some streaking from the throat that creates a collar of streaking stopping just before the upper belly. There’s a small amount of streaking along the sides of the breast and belly with the orangish coloration faintly extending along this same area. Dark gray bill
