Observation details
2 white geese with black wing tips flew in with what I assumed to be a Canada Goose (although I could never confirm but was a darker goose with black neck and no other goose like that should be expected around here) and started foraging out in field. Got some subpar pictures and will upload. Snow Goose is a lifer for me!! Pulled aside and watched in my spotting scope for a little bit, but still didn’t get the greatest looks because they were far out and was fighting through the haze coming off the ground. UPDATE: after posting to “What’s This Bird?” group on Facebook, it was discovered that the third goose with the two white morph Snow Geese was actually a juvenile Blue Morph Snow Goose!
