Flew by pier picnic area at 4:00, buffy-white head, neck, and underparts, obvious light wing patches in flight, observed later at 5:05 feeding on food under pier picnic table where a large group had been feasting all afternoon, then perched where had a good look at the black post-ocular streak on the Buffy-white head; will post some photos
