Observation details
Heard call that imho matched Crimson-naped Woodpecker the best, but I cannot really exclude Scaly-bellied Woodpecker: trrrrrrt teec teec, like in my vocal copy attached. Brown-fronted has too slow rattle. Others, like Darjeeling, Rufous-bellied, Himalayan have less dry, less monotonous rattle. Habitat (oak-rhodondendron) and altitude (about 1800-2000m) also match C-nW and S-bW
