Observation details
Large grey falcon with stripe over eye and cheek. Carried prey to field at big bend and spent several minutes eating. Great view of it as flew over, landed, fed, and then carried some of the remains back in direction of Lake Wheeler Rd, where is had flown in from. Guessing it had depredated one of the Rock Pigeons on line at Lake Wheeler Rd. Awesome observation. One lousy digi-scoped image attached.
