Observation details
*Found this bird late in the day yesterday but was unable to confirm species. It was calling constantly from the closest set of evergreens by the water pollution control facility gate as I stepped out of my car this morning. It quickly moved down the west fenceline and treeline to the southwest corner of the facility, where it was joined by an Eastern Phoebe. I got close looks in the brief time that is was moving low through the trees and tangles along the trail. The most notable thing to my eye was the lack of contrast between the head and back (smooth greenish-olive). The wing contrast (dark feathers with light edging) also point to Least. Calls certainly expedited the ID today.
