Observation details
See photo. Heard it calling as soon as I got out of the car and located it quickly north of the parking lot in the trees and shrubs. It was very vocal while it flew from tree to tree and shrub to shrub catching insects. It perched both very high and very low at various times. Watched it for close to an hour before I decided other birds were waiting. At one point it flew out of sight to the east but returned inside of five minutes.
