Observation details
It was quite active all over the water body in the sanctuary.. noticed a flock of 4 Ruddy Shelducks flying low and fast, jinking frequently… realised there was a chase on .. then it tangled with a Marsh Harrier in the palms… saw it a bit later making some low dives .. after an hour it was out again.. harassing Ibises.. they were screaming away and some close aerial calls they settled in the trees next to the waterbody.. the harassment continued though .. then it bullied some kites .. and was chased by 3 of them in turn .. all between 9:45-11:30 am or so .. it was identified as a dark morph of a Red-naped Shaheen/ Red-capped Peregrine
