Observation details
Immature bird soaring over Sutil. Separated from other boobies by obvious blue feet, which were more noticeably bluer than most field guides/resources suggest for immature birds (maybe this bird is closer to "subadult," whatever that means for boobies?). Further separated from BRBO by white rump, dark throat more gradually fading into pale breast (not the sharp demarcation on BRBO), mostly dark underwings.
