Observation details
Regular spot on the lighthouse each recent winter. Probably two, as two were scene here earlier this week by two other birders. But I could only positively ID one at great distance through scope views. Photo is hand held digiscope just to show significant size different with double crested sitting to the right along the railing and another on the light fixture below.
