Observation details
Flying low over the fields with wings in a slight dihedral, occasionally hovering. Small headed, small billed. Wings had dark carpal patches and dark trailing edges. One with a partial belly band; the other with a thick, dark one. They were travelling roughly the same track, within about 15 seconds of each other. One was maybe 20 feet up when it went over the truck.
